Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Manor Hotel is situated in a scenic, secluded area, offering guests a serene retreat with picturesque views of a lake and surrounding forests. The hotel's proximity to the lake, which includes a private mini beach, adds to its tranquil atmosphere while still ensuring accessibility to essential amenities and the center of Olsztyn. Various on-site recreational facilities, such as a pool, saunas, tennis, billiards and bowling, further enhance its appeal for both relaxation and activity.
The breakfast at Manor Hotel garners mixed reviews with many guests praising the quality and variety of the food, including high-quality coffee and traditional Polish options. However, some guests noted inconsistencies, such as the occasional lack of variety and technical issues with breakfast amenities. Dinner experiences follow a similar pattern with the quality of food generally appreciated but limited hours and certain menu shortcomings being points of contention.
Room quality at Manor Hotel varies widely. Many guests enjoyed the spaciousness, pleasant views and comfortable beds. However, numerous reviews pointed out the outdated decor and a range of maintenance issues, including broken amenities and cleanliness concerns, suggesting a need for significant renovations. Cleanliness and upkeep issues extend to public areas and the pool, where reviews frequently mention dirt, mold and a general state of neglect.
Staff interactions receive mixed feedback as well. While many guests found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional, others experienced communication issues and noted instances of unprofessionalism and insufficient training. The quality of staff service varied significantly, indicating room for improvement in consistency and guest relations.
WiFi at the hotel is generally well-rated for speed and reliability, particularly in common areas, despite some limitations in room coverage. The spa experience has both positive and negative aspects with good massages and an adequately prepared sauna but pervasive maintenance issues and outdated facilities detracting from the overall experience.
The gym is well-equipped and appreciated by fitness enthusiasts, although some maintenance problems persist. The pool, while sometimes described positively, often receives criticism for its cleanliness, water temperature and facility conditions.
Parking facilities are well-regarded for their convenience, spaciousness and safety, although accessing the beach area may be challenging due to a busy nearby road.
For families, Manor Hotel offers a variety of activities and amenities such as a playground, bowling alley, swimming pool and access to a lake, making it an appealing option for family vacations. The family-friendly atmosphere extends to organized groups, although individual travelers might find the busy environment less ideal at times.
In summary, Manor Hotel stands out for its beautiful location and a wide range of recreational activities, but it requires improvements in room maintenance, cleanliness and staff training to fully meet guest expectations.
