Rooms at Reigate Manor Hotel are praised for their cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness. Many guests find the decor charming and the beds very comfortable, often ensuring a good night's sleep. While some rooms could benefit from an update and suffer from noise from the nearby main road, overall, the accommodations provide a restful and pleasant stay.
Cleanliness is generally well-maintained across the hotel with tidy rooms and well-kept common areas. There are occasional isolated incidents of insufficient cleaning that some guests feel could be improved upon.
Despite some mixed feedback on Wi-Fi strength and reliability, many guests find the internet access adequate. Beds are widely commended for their comfort with most guests experiencing excellent sleep quality, though a few note issues with hard pillows.
