'Les Jardins de l'Anjou' is a picturesque, family-friendly hotel which stands out for its prime location and tranquil garden setting. Nestled amidst lush greenery and large parks with ponds and walking paths, it offers a serene environment, ideal for travelers seeking relaxation or attending group meetings. The hotel is conveniently accessible to the city and popular Loire tourist spots, making it an attractive option for both leisure and business visitors.
The breakfast experience at 'Les Jardins de l'Anjou' is highly praised for its variety and quality, featuring a diverse buffet that includes French bread, cheese, fruits, cereals and more. Guests appreciate the hearty start to their day combined with the peaceful ambiance of dining by the water or on the terrace. The dinner service is equally commendable, receiving accolades for deliciousness and high quality with a notable three-course menu providing excellent value for money.
Accommodations are spacious and comfortable, especially the renovated rooms with park views. Cleanliness is mostly well-regarded with many guests applauding the immaculate condition of both indoor and outdoor spaces. However, there are occasional reports of musty smells and dated decor in older rooms, which indicates some variability in guest experiences.
The staff at 'Les Jardins de l'Anjou' consistently earn high marks for their friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness, enhancing the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Despite occasional issues with cleanliness and the dated conditions of some rooms, the dedication of the team to guest satisfaction is a standout feature.
For family travelers, the hotel offers comfortable cottage accommodations and access to the nearby "Aqualoire" swimming pool, which includes engaging activities for children. This, along with the hotel's kind staff, contributes to a family-friendly environment that caters well to guests of all ages.
However, the hotel faces challenges with its Wi-Fi connectivity with many guests citing weak signals, especially in the rooms. This can hinder those who rely on a steady internet connection.
In conclusion, 'Les Jardins de l'Anjou' largely excels thanks to its beautiful setting, quality dining and exceptional staff, making it an appealing choice for a variety of travelers, despite some room for improvement in areas such as internet connectivity and room maintenance.

Château de l'Epinay is a stunning and well-renovated hotel located in the beautiful French countryside, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, some with two floors, are well-equipped and clean with exceptional bathrooms in some. The hotel's spa, fitness room and natural swimming pool are fabulous and well-designed with guests raving about the quality of the massages and the romantic duo spa experience. The hotel's staff is super friendly, helpful and always with a smile with guests singling out Simona for her lovely demeanor. The outdoor pool is a must-visit attraction with visitors thoroughly impressed by its natural and well-maintained qualities. While the breakfast receives mixed reviews, the use of local ingredients and ample selection at the buffet are highlighted. The on-site dining options receive mixed reviews with some guests thrilled with the Franco-Italian restaurant in the Orangery, while others find it disappointing. The hotel's personnel is praised for their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Overall, Château de l'Epinay is a perfect destination for a restful vacation with its beauty, vastness and tranquility attracting positive reviews from its guests.
