Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Garni VIZURA Sport offers a mixed experience across different aspects of the hotel stay. The location in Zemun is appealing to those interested in exploring a vibrant district known for its proximity to the river and local restaurants, providing a charming cultural immersion. Guests appreciate convenient access to prime areas in Zemun and its serene atmosphere, although navigating parking can be challenging, with some noting the secure yet inconveniently located lot.
Breakfast at the hotel generally receives positive feedback, being praised for its quality, variety, and abundance. Guests frequently describe it as delightful and hearty, complemented by friendly staff, although some suggest room for improvement regarding consistency and choice.
Rooms are a significant highlight for many, often described as large, modern, and recently renovated, providing comfort with well-equipped beds and linens. However, certain areas require further attention due to incomplete renovations and maintenance issues such as outdated furnishings and technical problems.
Cleanliness reviews are varied, with many praising the clean rooms and new furnishings, while others highlight issues like mold, unpleasant odors, and lack of deep cleaning in certain areas, suggesting inconsistent upkeep. Staff consistently receive high praise for their friendliness and professionalism, contributing positively to guests' experiences with helpful service and attentiveness.
Parking poses a challenge with limited spots and some difficulty accessing the secured area, affecting the overall experience for some visitors. Beds are generally comfortable, but issues with pillows and cleanliness have been noted, particularly regarding double beds formed by two singles.
Despite being rated as a four-star establishment, guests feel the hotel falls short of meeting such expectations, citing a need for renovation and dissatisfaction with the facilities and services. This discrepancy between advertised standards and reality often results in unmet expectations. Overall, Hotel Garni VIZURA Sport offers a mix of positive experiences, particularly with its staff and breakfast, but requires improvements in maintenance and cleanliness to fully meet guest expectations.
