The hotel receives high praise for its accommodating and friendly staff, who contribute significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. The elegantly decorated restaurant enhances the experience with delicious and diverse meal offerings, particularly during breakfast and dinner. Diners enjoy hearty and plentiful meals, with the à la carte dinners standing out for their quality and taste. The breakfast is described as delicious and varied, often featuring local and organic produce, which guests appreciate as a solid start to the day.
Accommodations are noted for their comfort and spaciousness. Guests appreciate the clean, well-equipped rooms with large windows that offer garden views. The beds generally receive positive feedback for comfort, contributing to a restful stay, although some variance in firmness and pillow quality is mentioned.
Cleanliness is a consistent highlight, with the hotel maintaining a tidy and inviting ambiance throughout its facilities. The spa, featuring a notable sauna and well-received massage services, adds a layer of relaxation, although some technical issues with the pool and other facilities are noted.
Families find the hotel particularly accommodating, with facilities designed for children, including a playground and playroom.
