Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Sri Garden Sdn. Bhd. is strategically located in Kangar town, making it a prime choice for guests eager to explore local attractions or in need of quick access to numerous dining options, shops and amenities like the masjid alwi and supermarket chains. The convenience of easy parking with CCTV-monitored spaces near the hotel, is a notable plus, despite a few mentions of the parking being a bit secluded.
Guests have varied experiences with the hotel rooms. Many find the larger rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, particularly appreciating the fast, strong water showers. However, some standard and Twin Deluxe rooms were noted as small, poorly laid out and occasionally not well-maintained with reports of odors and dustiness. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas received mixed feedback. While many appreciated the overall tidiness, some pointed out issues with mold in the bathrooms and other maintenance aspects, suggesting areas for improvement in ensuring a consistently clean environment.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are commonly praised with the team often described as polite and accommodating. Nevertheless, a few reviews indicated occasions of unresponsiveness or less favorable interactions.
Family-friendly spacious rooms with large beds receive compliments, although there are remarks about the quality and sufficiency of the pillows and bedding. The hotel could enhance guest comfort with improvements in this area.
The absence of breakfast service is a noted drawback, as previous guests had enjoyed the offerings before they were discontinued. Overall, the central location, spacious parking and helpful staff contribute positively to the guest experience at Hotel Sri Garden Sdn. Bhd.
