Hotel Hacienda at Ontario Ranch garners positive feedback for several key aspects, making it a popular choice among travelers. Guests widely appreciate its prime location, situated conveniently close to Kaiser Hospital, Ontario airport, major freeways and numerous dining options. This strategic placement makes it particularly suitable for business travelers needing access to client offices, as well as visitors seeking ease of mobility and ample parking right in front of their rooms.
The rooms at Hotel Hacienda continually impress guests with their cleanliness, spaciousness and modern updates. Many highlight the rooms as clean, odor-free and true to the online images. The generous counter space in the bathrooms and the well-maintained utilities add to the comfort, making the stay pleasant. Housekeeping receives praise for its diligence, contributing to the fresh, warm and welcoming environment.
The staff at Hotel Hacienda is frequently commended for their friendliness and exceptional service. Both the owner and front desk personnel are noted for their accommodating and responsive nature, providing warm assistance both day and night. This exceptional service enhances the overall visitor experience, despite a few mentions of occasional lack of smiles at the front desk.
Cleanliness is a strong point for the hotel with many guests consistently describing the property and rooms as very clean and well-maintained. Positive feedback highlights the safety and comfort of the environment with clean and warm rooms that families can enjoy. Though there are some isolated complaints regarding dirty floors, showers and occasional pests, these do not overshadow the general satisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness standards.
While the breakfast offerings receive mixed reviews, it is noted that light options such as juice, coffee and granola bars are provided. Some guests feel the breakfast is more of a snack than a meal, but it remains an added convenience during the stay.
Parking at the hotel presents a mixed experience. Although there are plenty of parking spaces, they can fill up, especially at night. The size of the parking spots is considered small by some, causing a sense of crowding. During the day, parking issues seem less prevalent, but the occasional need to find alternative parking, such as at a nearby Denny's, has raised safety concerns for some guests.
Bed comfort at the hotel also receives mixed feedback. Many guests find the beds comfortable, spacious and enjoyable, describing them as ultra-comfortable. However, a few guests report the beds being too firm or hard with some discomfort due to the mattress springs.
In summary, Hotel Hacienda at Ontario Ranch is highly recommended for its excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and overall comfort. While there are minor areas for improvement, the positive aspects create a compelling option for travelers.

Americas Best Value Inn-Rialto offers a mixed but overall positive experience for guests. The hotel's prime location stands out as a major advantage, surrounded by numerous dining and shopping options, and providing easy access to local points of interest. Guests appreciate the convenience of ample parking and the tranquil environment supported by attentive staff, though breakfast options are lacking.
In terms of cleanliness, the hotel shows a commendable effort with its modern updates and generally clean and spacious rooms. However, inconsistency in cleanliness standards is reported, particularly concerning rooms with dirty towels, old curtains, and unclean bathrooms. Improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the guest experience.
The hotel's staff receive mixed reviews, with many guests praising their friendliness and accommodating nature, which adds value to their stay. Yet, experiences varied, and some guests noted unhelpful interactions and other service issues, suggesting a need for more consistency.
Regarding the beds, feedback is similarly varied. Guests appreciate the accessibility of charging ports and generally clean bedding. While some find the beds comfortable and soft, others experience discomfort and noise issues. The comfort and quality of the pillows also see critique, indicating potential areas for enhancement.
Overall, Americas Best Value Inn-Rialto benefits from a great location and some positive service aspects but could improve in consistency and amenities to elevate guest satisfaction further.
