Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Roma Hotel by H Hotéis - Airport generally receives positive reviews from guests, particularly in categories like location, staff service, and room quality. The hotel excels as a convenient stopover for travelers due to its proximity to Brasília’s airport, making it a practical choice for those in transit or attending nearby events. The location, while in an industrial area, offers easy highway access and is close to attractions such as shopping centers and the Brasília zoo. Although it's less ideal for tourists wanting to explore Brasília’s city center, its cost-effective nature and cleanliness often compensate for the industrial surroundings.
Guests frequently commend the hotel for its friendly and attentive staff, who provide a warm and welcoming environment throughout their stay. The housekeeping team is particularly praised for maintaining high cleanliness standards, with rooms described as clean, spacious, and well-organized. The room amenities, including comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning, contribute to a pleasant and restful experience.
Breakfast at the hotel is commonly highlighted for its variety and quality, with many guests enjoying the diverse and fresh options. However, some areas for improvement exist, such as ensuring consistent dish replenishment and managing the breakfast area’s space. Dinner receives positive feedback for tasty offerings and good value, though service delays and menu variety could be enhanced.
The hotel's Wi-Fi generally meets guest expectations with reliable connection throughout their stay. However, parking presents challenges due to limited space, necessitating early arrival to secure a spot. The hotel shows potential for improvement in certain areas, such as parking management and consistent bed arrangements.
Overall, Roma Hotel by H Hotéis - Airport meets the needs of business and leisure travelers seeking a practical, cost-effective option near the airport. While some discrepancies are noted in perceived star ratings, many guests have positive experiences, appreciating the hotel's hospitality, cleanliness, and convenient services.
