Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Antonio's Hotel e Spa - Airport serves as a practical and cost-effective choice for travelers, particularly those needing close proximity to Brasília Airport, situated approximately 8-12km away. Guests frequently praise the hotel’s cleanliness, modern facilities and welcoming staff. The high standards of hygiene are continually noted with spotless rooms and tastefully arranged spaces contributing to a positive experience. The beds receive widespread acclaim for their comfort and quality, ensuring restful sleep. The hotel's spa services are another highlight, offering a range of treatments that guests describe as exceptional and relaxing.
The staff at Antonio's Hotel e Spa - Airport consistently earn high marks for their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism, enhancing the overall experience for visitors. This hospitable environment is particularly beneficial for families, who find the accommodations cozy and suitable for children.
Despite its strengths, there are areas that could be improved. The hotel is somewhat isolated, located in a quiet, industrial area far from downtown Brasília and major attractions, making it less appealing for tourists and business travelers needing easy access to the city. Public transportation options are limited, posing challenges for guests without vehicles. Breakfast at the hotel, while convenient and appreciated by some, often receives criticism for its lack of variety and quality. Additionally, the absence of a dining area forces guests to eat in their rooms, which some find inconvenient.
The rooms themselves, though generally clean and comfortable, have mixed reviews due to occasional issues with maintenance, such as greasy floors, musty smells and inadequate ventilation in windowless rooms. Wifi service, while effective for some, is inconsistent, affecting those who need reliable internet for work.
For business travelers, the hotel's proximity to the airport and good basic facilities make it a practical choice, although some experience minor inconveniences like limited workspace availability and late breakfast service. Accessibility features are in place but could be better with steep ramps and the lack of an elevator posing challenges for guests with mobility issues.
In summary, Antonio's Hotel e Spa - Airport excels with its cleanliness, comfortable beds, excellent staff and spa services, making it a solid choice for airport proximity and budget-conscious travelers. However, its remote location, limited breakfast options, inconsistent wifi and occasional room maintenance issues might be drawbacks for those seeking more comprehensive amenities and easy access to downtown Brasília.
