Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Sublime Brasília l SLEEP HOTÉIS is generally well-regarded for its strategic location, which is perfect for travelers due to its close proximity to a subway station, the Catholic University of Brasília, and local fairs. This convenience particularly benefits those visiting the university for events or short stays. The staff is often commended for their responsiveness and courteous service, enhancing the overall experience for guests.
The breakfast provided by the hotel receives largely positive feedback, with guests appreciating the variety of options including fruits, cakes, and juices, served in a peaceful and well-ventilated setting. Although there is some feedback about the need for more variety and timely replenishment, the cleanliness and quality, particularly the coffee, are praised.
Rooms at the hotel are spacious and airy, with many guests appreciating the size and comfort they offer. Despite occasional remarks about some unclean areas and the need for certain upgrades, the overall cleanliness and room dimensions contribute positively to guests' experiences. Efforts to maintain cleanliness are noted, although some fixtures may need updating.
Cleanliness across the hotel is frequently praised, with rooms described as well-maintained and organized. The staff's diligence in cleaning is noted, and fragrant towels add to the comfort. However, improvements in some bathroom areas and fixtures are suggested.
The staff, particularly at the reception, is highlighted for their professionalism and attentiveness, with specific recognition given to individuals like Marlene for their exceptional service. This attentive and friendly service contributes to a strong cost-benefit experience for guests.
One significant area needing improvement is the beds, with numerous guests reporting discomfort due to old or damaged mattresses and pillows. There are also comments about noisy and worn-out beds, indicating a need for refurbishment.
Overall, while there are areas for development, particularly concerning bedding, Hotel Sublime offers a convenient location and commendable service that make it a practical choice for travelers, especially those visiting the Catholic University of Brasília.
