i5 Hotel Águas Claras stands out for its strategic location, conveniently positioned near essential amenities such as restaurants, markets and metro stations. The proximity to Águas Claras shopping mall, pharmacies and various dining options makes it a prime choice for both leisure and business travelers. Guests consistently praise the good cost-benefit ratio the hotel offers, blending affordability with a well-connected location.
The cleanliness of the hotel is frequently highlighted with guests appreciating the organized and meticulous environment. Rooms, although noted to be somewhat small by some, are described as very clean, functional and comfortable. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff significantly enhance the guests' experience, often going above and beyond to provide attentive service.
Breakfast at the hotel receives largely positive feedback for its variety, freshness and delicious offerings. However, some guests express disappointment that breakfast is not included in the room rate and a few suggest improvements in fruit variety and pricing transparency.
Dinner options at the hotel are appreciated, particularly the gourmet pizza, though the limited menu variety and the closure of the restaurant on Sundays are noted drawbacks. Nevertheless, business travelers find the restaurant service adequate for their needs.
The hotel’s Wi-Fi experience is mixed with some guests praising the excellent connectivity while others report intermittent issues and lack of coverage in certain areas. Beds are generally considered very comfortable, but there are mixed opinions on the mattress firmness with some guests finding them too soft.
Overall, i5 Hotel Águas Claras is seen as a reliable and comfortable three-star establishment, providing good value for money. It is highly suitable for business travelers, offering a conducive environment for work-related stays, while also being appreciated by leisure travelers for its convenience, cleanliness and welcoming staff.
