CHARLIE HOTEL Charme & Comfort, situated just outside Milan, has garnered mixed reviews, but it stands out positively in several key areas. The location, albeit in an industrial area, proves highly convenient for those with cars, offering easy access to Linate Airport, Circolo Magnolia and ample parking right in front of the rooms. Guests appreciate the tranquil setting away from the city hustle, despite current issues with roadworks and limited public transport options.
The breakfast experience receives favorable feedback, particularly for the option to have meals delivered to rooms and the variety of sweet and savory choices available, though some guests feel it could benefit from more variety. Dinner options are intriguing despite the lack of an on-site restaurant. Nearby restaurants offer a range of dining experiences, ensuring guests have adequate options to satisfy different tastes.
The rooms are regularly praised for their spaciousness, cleanliness, modern amenities and luxurious additions like whirlpool tubs and jacuzzis. However, occasional mentions of maintenance issues and variable room quality indicate some inconsistencies. Cleanliness generally meets guests' expectations with many noting spotless rooms, although some reported occasional lapses.
The hotel staff consistently earn high marks for their friendliness and professionalism. Guests commend the team's efficiency, readiness to help and courteous demeanor, significantly enhancing the overall experience.
Wi-Fi service is a mixed bag with some guests finding it reliable in certain areas but others experiencing connectivity issues. The parking facilities, however, are a major plus, offering secure, convenient and sometimes covered options right in front of the rooms, which guests find highly convenient.
The beds at CHARLIE HOTEL Charme & Comfort receive significant praise for their comfort and spaciousness, contributing to a relaxing stay, though a few guests suggest improvements in bedding quality and room conditions.
Although some feel the hotel does not fully meet the standards of a four-star rating, particularly regarding breakfast and service caliber, the positive aspects such as friendly staff, convenient parking, comfortable rooms and pet-friendly policies create an overall satisfying experience for many guests.
