The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making guests feel at home. While the food experience could use improvement, there are still some enjoyable dining options available. The rooms are hit or miss with some guests finding them lovely and spacious, while others find them lacking in quality and in need of a refresh. Despite some negative points, most guests have thoroughly enjoyed their stay and would recommend it to others.
