The accessibility of Pegasus Motor Inn and Serviced Apartments has garnered mixed reviews from guests with disabilities. On the positive side, several guests found the rooms to be very accessible and comfortable with one review mentioning a helpful guide that aided their stay. The proximity to the airport was also highlighted as a significant advantage, especially for late-night arrivals, making it an easy location to reach.
However, there were multiple concerns raised about the overall accessibility of the property. Notably, the absence of lifts posed significant challenges, especially for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The presence of stairs throughout the property, including to the second floor, was repeatedly mentioned as a considerable barrier. Guests with conditions such as Parkinson's disease or existing injuries found it particularly difficult to navigate. One unfortunate incident involved a guest with ligament damage who, due to the lack of elevators, experienced a fall resulting in hospitalization.
Additionally, the absence of on-site staff further complicated the experience for guests needing assistance and the process of exiting the car park required physically getting out of the vehicle to enter a code, which some found cumbersome.
Overall, while the rooms offer a high level of accessibility and comfort, the structural limitations of the property significantly impact the experience for guests with disabilities.

Guests found it easy to call a taxi from the hotel and the location was praised for being convenient for early flight arrivals.
