hostel post enjoys a prime location that is highly appreciated for its close proximity to Orio Airport, making it a popular choice for travelers with early flights or brief stopovers. The convenience is further enhanced by easy access to train and bus stations, although bus services stop running after 21:30 and a supermarket located right across the street. Despite being on a busy street, which can cause some noise, the central positioning with nearby retail stores and restaurants adds a significant layer of convenience for guests.
The hotel does not serve breakfast on-site, directing guests instead to nearby cafés and bars with the closest options being only a few meters away. While the lack of breakfast facilities can be inconvenient, alternative dining options in the vicinity somewhat mitigate this issue.
Rooms at hostel post receive commendations for being very clean, spacious and comfortable, underscored by daily housekeeping and well-maintained conditions. Guests appreciate cozy beds and the overall cleanliness of the rooms. While the hotel's exterior facade may not be particularly appealing and street noise can be a concern for light sleepers, the interior comfort and space of the rooms ensure a pleasant stay. Some minor issues like room warmth on hot days are noted, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive room experience.
Cleanliness is a standout feature at hostel post with numerous guests praising the high standards maintained throughout the property. Daily cleaning, fresh linens and general tidiness contribute to a comfortable stay. Although there are occasional negative remarks about untidy rooms, the bulk of guest feedback highlights the excellent cleanliness and functional facilities despite the hotel's age.
Staff at hostel post are frequently described as friendly, helpful and welcoming, significantly enhancing the guest experience. Special mention is often made of the attentive and kind older lady who owns the property, alongside other courteous and considerate staff members. The positive interactions and the staff's willingness to accommodate guest needs, including early check-ins and late check-outs, create an excellent and homely atmosphere.
For guests traveling by car, hostel post offers free and secure parking options, including a private parking lot in the courtyard and garden area. This facility is consistently praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness and the added security of being closed at night. The hotel's proximity to the airport further adds to its appeal.
Lastly, the beds at hostel post are a major highlight, frequently noted for their comfort and spaciousness. Wide beds, including bunk beds for children, ensure a restful night's sleep, complemented by quality mattresses and the overall clean and inviting room atmosphere.
In summary, hostel post is highly celebrated for its prime location, excellent room comfort, remarkable cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient parking and highly comfortable beds, making it an ideal choice for short stays and travelers needing quick airport access.
