Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Visconti has garnered favor among its guests for several notable reasons. The hotel is strategically located near a train station, making it convenient for business travelers and tourists alike to explore Milan without requiring a car. The proximity to a restaurant and the availability of ample parking options, including spaces for motorcycles and bikes, add to its practicality. Despite being situated in a partially industrial area, it serves as an excellent base for travel within and around Milan.
Guests generally find the breakfast satisfying with a good mix of sweet and savory options, particularly enjoying the croissants. While there is a call for more variety and improvements such as replacing plastic dishes and cups, the friendly staff elevate the breakfast experience.
Rooms at Hotel Visconti are consistently described as spacious and comfortable with guests appreciating the cozy ambiance and traditional wooden furnishings despite some signs of aging. While cleanliness in rooms has received mixed reviews, the overall hotel environment is noted to be very clean and well-maintained.
The staff at Hotel Visconti are frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and professional demeanor. They contribute significantly to the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay.
Parking is another standout feature with plenty of free and private spaces available on-site, contributing to a hassle-free experience for visitors. The beds have received high praise for their comfort with many guests reporting a very good night's sleep.
