Embassy Suites By Hilton Knoxville Downtown is a very good hotel with pleasant and superb facilities and services. Though they need a little improvement, we enjoyed our stay and found the beds to be comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities exceptional, including the great showers and beautiful bar. The valet parking was easy and the staff spectacular, except for some issues with understaffing. The breakfast was decent and the location perfect with many restaurants within walking distance. Though some guests were disappointed in certain changes, overall we loved the look of the lobby and the view from the 14th floor bar. The only downsides were the excessive parking fee and occasional issues with TV reception. Despite the drawbacks, Embassy Suites By Hilton Knoxville Downtown is a great hotel for a nice getaway.
