Its picturesque outdoor onsen and convenient shuttle service from Atami station make it accessible and charming, despite being somewhat remote. The friendly and attentive staff contribute significantly to the welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
The spacious and comfortable rooms provide guests with impressive ocean views and ample space, particularly satisfying families and groups. While cleanliness is generally well-maintained, some rooms exhibit signs of age and minor inconveniences related to older facilities. Wi-Fi access is limited to the lobby, which some find inconvenient, yet the overall service quality remains high due to the helpful and hospitable staff.
Guests appreciate the cultural touch brought by the variety of yukata available and the mix of bedding experiences, with many finding comfort in the Japanese-Western style rooms. Despite minor mentions of bed hardness and occasional signs of aging in both facilities and room amenities, the hotel's combination of serene location, fulfilling dining options, and exquisite staff service leaves a lasting positive impression on visitors.
