Briqueterie Champagne, A Beauvallon Hotel & Spa provides a beautiful retreat in the heart of the Champagne region, surrounded by scenic rose gardens and countryside. Its close proximity to Épernay and the region's notable attractions makes it a prime spot for exploring vineyards. The serene and tranquil setting of the hotel is complemented by its refined decor, creating a cozy, romantic ambiance ideal for couples.
The hotel is praised for its exceptional hospitality with friendly and attentive staff contributing to an inviting atmosphere. Guests have highlighted the comfort of the rooms, the delightful swimming pool and a playroom for children as significant positives. The cuisine receives high marks, particularly for its exceptional breakfasts and top-notch dinners, alongside an impressive wine list. However, some guests found the meals overpriced with limited menu options and had occasional issues with portion sizes.
Rooms at Hostellerie Briqueterie are described as spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with many offering garden views. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel further add to its charm, despite some minor issues with storage space and occasional maintenance lapses in specific areas.
The staff consistently earn accolades for their friendliness and professionalism, particularly in both the reception and restaurant areas, enhancing the overall guest experience. The spa facilities, including the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath, are well-received, though some guests expected a larger and more modern setup.
Parking is convenient with multiple options, including charging stations for electric vehicles, though the garage fee and size may not suit everyone. The bedding quality receives mixed reviews, but overall, guests generally find the sleeping arrangements satisfactory.
While the hotel is seen as a luxurious destination, living up to its general reputation, some visitors felt it did not fully meet the high standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite this, the overall experience at Briqueterie Champagne, A Beauvallon Hotel & Spa remains positive with its location, beautiful surroundings and superb service offering a delightful stay for those exploring the Champagne region.
