However, some guests were disappointed to find that not all amenities were included, such as soft drinks, snacks and alcohol in the room. Additionally, some guests felt misled by the hotel marketing fancy food, which was not always up to their expectations. Despite these minor issues, most guests had an excellent stay, especially those looking for a relaxing all exclusive vacation. The COVID-19 related restrictions prevented the opening of the Greek restaurant, the spa and limited some of the entertainment options.
