The apartments are spacious, modern and clean, offering good value for money with bright and cozy interiors that cater to both short and extended stays.
The accommodations receive high marks for their large, well-equipped spaces, ideal for families and groups. Guests appreciate the multiple bedrooms, ample kitchen and dining spaces and expansive living areas. Despite occasional signs of wear, the overall reviews emphasize the extensive space and suitability for various needs, ensuring a cozy and convenient stay.
Cleanliness is mostly praised with many guests describing the apartments as spotlessly clean, spacious and modern, equipped with necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The quiet, scenic surroundings add to the overall pleasant experience. However, there are inconsistencies in cleanliness and maintenance with some guests reporting unclean conditions, inadequate running water or missing essential items.
The staff at Shannon Oaks Apartments are frequently commended for their exceptional service. They are described as friendly, responsive and helpful, significantly enhancing the guest experience. Notable staff members like Julia, Ann and Sinead receive specific praise for their attentiveness.
Despite the many positives, the WiFi service receives consistent negative feedback. It is often reported as unreliable or exceedingly slow, which may impact the stay for those relying on internet connectivity. However, some guests noted that issues were resolved promptly when reported.
