Les Appartements de St-Etienne offers a commendable accommodation experience with several standout features. Nestled in the heart of the city, its prime location allows guests easy access to pedestrian streets, a variety of shops, eateries, and the vibrant port area. The close proximity to the train station further enhances its convenience for travelers, making it an ideal base for exploring the city's dynamic atmosphere.
The apartments are generally noted for their cleanliness and welcoming ambiance. Upon arrival, guests are often greeted by fresh and well-kept living spaces, contributing to a comfortable stay. While certain isolated incidents of cleanliness concerns have been mentioned, they are infrequent, and the diligent staff are consistently praised for their professional and attentive cleaning services. The availability of nearby free parking is an added benefit for those traveling by car.
In terms of accommodation, the apartments offer a unique layout with separate living spaces. While some appreciate this distinctiveness, others find it challenging due to the need to cross a public hallway for access to the kitchen and bathroom. The apartments are described as spacious and comfortable, with clean and practical bedding being a highlight. The beds are generally comfortable, despite occasional comments on the fragility of some components.
The staff at Les Appartements de St-Etienne significantly enhance the guest experience. Clear instructions provided for building access ensure a smooth arrival, with the cleaning staff further complementing the positive guest interactions through their amiable and diligent service.
Overall, while there are minor logistical issues such as soundproofing and the apartment's layout that could benefit from clearer communication, the overall sentiment from guests leans towards satisfaction. Les Appartements de St-Etienne serves as a fitting and comfortable choice for visitors looking to engage with the local culture and attractions within the city center.
