The Imperial is a very special hotel with much history with the whole hotel considered as one of the best museums of Delhi's colonial era. While some guests found the hotel overpriced and services sloppy, others believed it is one of the greatest hotels in Delhi with many describing their stay as a memorable visit that they will never forget. Overall, the hotel is exceptional and guests were impressed with its attention to detail and hope to return soon.
