Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Resort Relax garners significant praise for its standout qualities, offering a prime lakeside location, excellent dining and high cleanliness standards. Guests consistently appreciate its serene setting directly on the shore of Lake Lipno, which provides exquisite views and a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities like swimming, hiking and cycling.
The resort's breakfast is highly acclaimed for its delicious and abundant offerings, featuring a versatile buffet that includes homemade pancakes, diverse muesli options and freshly baked gluten-free bread. Dinner also receives rave reviews with many guests likening the quality of the meals to Michelin Star standards, particularly enjoying dishes like pumpkin risotto and garlic soup. Despite some minor concerns about menu variety and crowding, the overall dining experience is a highlighted feature of the resort.
Rooms at Hotel Resort Relax are predominantly noted for their cleanliness, comfort and attractive decor. Guests appreciate the modern, spacious apartments and the stunning lake views from balconies, though some feedback mentions smaller room sizes and occasional noise issues. The resort maintains a strong commitment to cleanliness, consistently keeping both the rooms and common areas spotless and well-maintained.
Staff service at the resort is widely commended for its friendliness and professionalism. While most reviews highlight the welcoming and helpful nature of the staff, a few noted inconsistencies in service levels, particularly in the restaurant area.
The wellness and spa amenities at the resort are well-received with guests enjoying the excellent saunas, outdoor hot tub and well-equipped facilities. However, additional costs to access these facilities were noted as a downside.
The pool facilities, including an outdoor pool and indoor spa area, contribute positively to the resort experience, though some guests wished pool access was included in the room price. Parking is described as convenient and ample, adding to the ease of stay.
Families find Hotel Resort Relax welcoming with spacious family rooms, baby-friendly amenities and activities for children. However, some feedback suggests room comfort can be inconsistent and there are minor criticisms regarding the quality of beds with mixed feelings on mattress comfort.
While some guests feel the resort falls short of the four-star expectations, particularly regarding room furnishings and overall service, the wellness and overall aesthetic elements do receive positive marks.
In summary, Hotel Resort Relax stands out for its beautiful lakeside location, outstanding dining, exceptional cleanliness and friendly service, making it a favored choice for a tranquil and enjoyable getaway.
