Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Tropicanna Pulai Point boasts a strategically convenient location in the heart of the city, providing easy access to various essential amenities such as stores, restaurants, food stalls, a petrol station, a grocery store and the Simpang Pulai toll. Its placement near the main road further enhances its connectivity, making it an ideal spot for travelers seeking practicality and convenience.
However, the hotel faces significant challenges with regard to its rooms and cleanliness. Guests frequently report that the rooms are quite small and suffer from multiple cleanliness issues, including dirty floors, surfaces and musty odors. Problems with mosquitoes, cockroaches and malfunctioning or old air conditioning units contribute to an often uncomfortable stay. Maintenance issues, such as damaged furniture, leaking AC units and poorly maintained bathrooms, are also common concerns. The visual mismatch between the advertised pictures and the actual room conditions adds to the feeling of disappointment among guests.
Cleanliness is another critical area in need of improvement. Guests often encounter dirty bed sheets, smelly and unevenly cleaned rooms and dust accumulation. Visual issues like stained duvets, unmaintained curtains, cracked ceilings and the presence of insects further detract from the overall guest experience. These aspects indicate that substantial improvements in room hygiene and general upkeep are essential for meeting guest expectations and enhancing their stay.
