Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hetman Hotel, located in a convenient area with easy access to supermarkets, shops, cafes and transport links, has proven to be a practical choice for travelers. Its proximity to the Stryi Bus Station and ease of access to Lviv’s city center makes it an appealing destination for both leisure and business visitors. The hotel remains clean and tidy despite its age, aligning well with its market price in Lviv.
The rooms at Hetman Hotel reflect a classic "Soviet" style, offering comfortable and clean accommodations. Essential amenities like WiFi, TV and mini-fridges are available, though some conveniences such as hairdryers, electric kettles and air conditioning are absent. While some rooms are older and undergoing renovations, they generally provide satisfactory quality for budget-conscious travelers.
Cleanliness is one of Hetman Hotel’s stronger aspects with positive feedback regarding clean bed linens, towels and overall room conditions. Guests appreciated the cozy and warm environment, although a few concerns were raised about occasional cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets and minor mold in bathrooms. Despite these, the hotel maintains a reasonable level of cleanliness fitting within its price range.
The staff at Hetman Hotel consistently receive praise for their friendliness and professionalism. Guests have highlighted the polite, understanding and attentive nature of the team, particularly during the check-in process. The security staff are also noted for their helpfulness. While difficulties in post-booking communication and isolated incidents involving the handling of cash were mentioned, the staff's positive interactions significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
The beds at Hetman Hotel are generally well-received with many guests describing them as comfortable and clean. Orthopedic options and soft linens contribute to a restful sleep. Although there were occasional mentions of stained or torn sheets, most guests found the beds to provide a satisfactory and comfortable stay.
In summary, Hetman Hotel impresses with its strategic location, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a practical and pleasant stay in Lviv.
