Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Hyatt Regency Gurgaon has garnered predominantly positive reviews for various aspects of its offerings. Guests have particularly highlighted the spacious and clean rooms, praising their comfort, size and thoughtful design. Many have found the hotel to be a luxurious retreat with modern amenities, contributing to an overall opulent experience.
The dining options have received accolades, especially the buffet dinners, which are noted for their extensive choices and sumptuous offerings. Chefs Subajit and Mayuri, along with their innovative North Indian cuisine, have been singled out for praise, enhancing the culinary experience. Breakfast, while appreciated by many for its variety and quality, could benefit from improvements in service efficiency and organization.
The staff's performance has been largely positive with several employees receiving commendations for their friendliness and helpfulness. Names like Yashpreet, Rama, Mr. Gopi and Mr. Parameshwar were frequently mentioned for their exceptional service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some inconsistencies in service and professionalism were noted, particularly in the dining and housekeeping areas.
Despite the generally positive feedback on cleanliness, certain areas like carpets, common areas and the pool's cleanliness have room for improvement. The hotel's location is a mixed bag; while offering tranquil and scenic views from higher floors, some guests found it inconvenient due to its distance from the city center and poor approach roads.
The Wi-Fi service is an area needing significant enhancement, as many guests reported unreliable and slow internet connectivity. Moreover, comments on beds have been mixed with some guests finding them comfortable and others noting issues with bed size and linen quality.
Overall, the Hyatt Regency Gurgaon offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with spacious rooms, excellent dining options and attentive staff, though there are areas such as service consistency and cleanliness that could benefit from further attention.
