Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 by IHG, emerges as a remarkably balanced destination catering to both leisure and business travelers. Situated in a tranquil yet convenient location, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi and Gurgaon, making it ideal for those looking to avoid city noise and traffic congestion. The nearby Sapphire Ninety Mall provides added convenience with myriad shopping options.
The breakfast experience at the hotel stands out for its diversity and quality, often exceeding guests’ expectations with a high praise for variety and service. Dinner, however, features mixed reviews. Many guests enjoy the well-regarded restaurant ambiance and high food quality, but some suggest more variety and improvement in the menu to ensure a fully satisfying dining experience.
Guests frequently commend the modern and fresh aesthetic of the rooms. Cleanliness is generally upheld to a high standard, despite occasional reports of minor issues. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, particularly the suites. However, there have been some concerns about noise, room size and maintenance issues.
The hotel staff receive predominantly positive feedback for their friendliness and professionalism, contributing significantly to guests' pleasant experiences. However, some inconsistencies in service quality, particularly at the reception, have been noted.
Wi-Fi service is appreciated for its reliability and efficiency, adding to the convenience of the stay. While the gym and other facilities like a swimming pool are praiseworthy, the gym’s small size might not meet the needs of ardent fitness enthusiasts.
For families, the hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with efforts to ensure safety and comfort. Nevertheless, some amenities for children could be enhanced to provide a more seamless family experience.
The beds offer varied comfort levels with some guests finding the mattresses too firm. There are also remarks about the sofa beds being uncomfortable.
Although the hotel is rated as a five-star property, many guests feel that it falls short of this rating in terms of room size and overall facilities. Improvements are necessary for it to fully meet five-star expectations.
For business travelers, Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 is praised for its minimalist and practical approach, making it a conducive environment for work-related stays. The hotel facilitates efficient commuting and provides a comfortable space to relax after a busy day.
Overall, the Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 by IHG, offers a pleasant stay with its modern amenities, friendly staff and serene location, albeit with room for some enhancements to meet the highest standards of hospitality.
