The hotel stands out for its value for money, offering clean, spacious rooms with ample parking facilities. Guests have praised the well-maintained apartments for their size and amenities, including kitchen facilities and city skyline views. However, feedback on room cleanliness is mixed with some reports of outdated furniture, incomplete bathroom fixtures and occasional cleanliness lapses, such as sightings of cockroaches and foul smells. Despite this, many visitors still appreciate the overall comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations.
The staff at Al Dhiyafa Palace Hotel Apartments receive commendations for their professionalism, politeness and helpful nature. Specific praise is directed at individuals like Aref and a Filipino member of the team. However, isolated incidents of uncooperative or rude behavior from some reception staff have been noted. Overall, the majority of reviews highlight the staff's significant contribution to a pleasant guest experience.
Wi-Fi quality at the hotel varies with some guests praising its speed and efficiency, while others report issues with slow or unreliable connections. Despite these inconsistencies, many find the internet service adequate for their needs.
The property offers generous parking, a notable advantage for guests traveling by car. The ample, free parking spaces in front of the building are frequently mentioned as a convenient and stress-free aspect of staying at the hotel.
While there are positive remarks about the comfort of some beds, various guests have reported dissatisfaction with bed quality, including dirty linens, worn-out mattresses and noisy environments due to poor soundproofing. Issues with bed comfort and cleanliness are common, though some visitors still find the beds satisfactory for a restful night's sleep.
Accessibility is another strong point of the hotel with its strategic location ensuring easy access to key services and attractions. Efforts have been made to accommodate guests with disabilities, although some minor drawbacks, such as unfurnished flooring areas, are mentioned.
