The hotel grounds are described as beautiful and provide a peaceful retreat, combining seclusion with accessibility to various activities and events. The friendliness of the staff and the spacious suites further enhance the overall positive experience.
Breakfast at the hotel is a significant highlight with guests frequently applauding the high quality and variety of options available. The service, particularly from the breakfast staff, is celebrated for being friendly and delightful, contributing to a remarkable dining experience.
The rooms are generally appreciated for their spaciousness and cleanliness. Many guests commend the large, well-appointed rooms which provide ample living space. However, some concerns were noted regarding the need for updates and occasional maintenance issues such as difficulty controlling the temperature and small beds for couples. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment remains positive.
Cleanliness throughout the property is frequently highlighted with guests describing the hotel, rooms and dining areas as very clean and well-maintained. Occasional lapses, such as rooms not being cleaned on the first day or air conditioning issues, were noted but did not significantly detract from the overall positive impression.
The staff at the hotel receives high accolades for their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to excellent service. Specific team members are often mentioned by name, indicating their significant impact on guests' experiences. The staff's welcoming and attentive nature greatly contributes to the positive ambiance of the hotel.
The pool facilities, featuring both an indoor and an outdoor pool, are well-received, particularly by families. However, the indoor pool's temperature often falls short of guests' expectations, being described as uncomfortably cold by many. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pool area could be improved to better meet guest standards.
Opinions on the beds are mixed. While many guests find the beds comfortable with high praises for the pillows and mattresses, others report issues such as low quality, discomfort and small size for two people. Some also mention the need for updates to enhance the overall comfort.
Overall, the Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center offers a convenient and enjoyable stay with its prime location, excellent breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, professional staff and family-friendly amenities. Despite minor areas for improvement, the hotel remains a favored choice for many visitors.
