Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Pousada Natribus Rosa boasts a prime location in the heart of Praia do Rosa, offering easy access to both the vibrant town center and serene beach. Guests appreciate its peaceful and secure ambiance, surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views. The accommodating and friendly staff, notably Léo, Priscila and Aloísio, enhance the welcoming atmosphere, making it a fantastic base for exploring the local attractions.
The inn's outdoor facilities, including a pool, sauna and jacuzzi, provide excellent options for relaxation. Additionally, the well-equipped and modern gym is a significant plus, although some guests would prefer air conditioning and extended opening hours.
However, the breakfast service holds mixed reviews. While many praise the charming and tasty breakfast baskets, some guests are dissatisfied with its additional cost and occasional service inconsistencies. Rooms at Pousada Natribus Rosa also receive varied feedback. Guests enjoy the spaciousness, cozy decor and features like bathtubs and jacuzzis, especially in the Presidential Suite. Yet, maintenance and cleanliness concerns are prevalent, including issues like mold, outdated furnishings and superficial cleaning.
Similarly, the pool area garners positive remarks for its beauty and functionality, despite some maintenance lapses. The Wi-Fi service is generally criticized for being poor and unreliable. Bed comfort and quality also present a mixed experience; while some guests find the beds comfortable, others encounter issues with cleanliness, comfort and overall maintenance.
Although Pousada Natribus Rosa excels in several areas, including location, outdoor amenities and staff hospitality, attention to detail in cleaning, maintenance and consistency in services would enhance the overall guest experience.
