The hotel's modern, clean and tastefully decorated facilities, combined with its spacious, comfortable rooms, make it a standout choice for travelers. The rooms often feature amenities such as large walk-in showers, balconies and kitchen spaces, although the latter might benefit from better utensil provisioning. Despite some minor noise issues from slamming doors, the overall quietness and comfort of the rooms are highly praised, equating the experience to that of a 4-star hotel.
Cleanliness is a highlight at Ardigales 11 with guests consistently admiring the spotless conditions of the rooms and bathrooms. The modern interior and new furnishings contribute positively to the guest experience, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The staff at Ardigales 11 play a significant role in enhancing the guest experience. Consistently praised for their friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness, the staff's warm reception and professional service leave a lasting impression, encouraging many guests to return. Names like Luis at reception are frequently mentioned for their exceptional service.
Parking is another convenience offered by Ardigales 11 with the hotel securing reduced rates at a nearby public garage, providing a cost-effective and secure parking solution just 100 meters away. This arrangement alleviates the typical parking challenges in the busy area, allowing guests to focus on enjoying their stay.
While the nightlife scene on the bustling street may lead to some noise, particularly on weekends, the hotel's location near bars and nightclubs is a significant draw for those looking to experience the local nightlife. The combination of centrality and modern amenities largely compensates for this minor inconvenience, making it a suitable option for party enthusiasts.
Breakfast at Ardigales 11, though described as good and hearty, has received mixed reviews. While many appreciate the fresh and tasty offerings at Bar Nicky across the street, some feel it could be improved and find it slightly pricey for the available options.
In summary, Ardigales 11 excels in providing a modern, comfortable and centrally located accommodation option, complemented by exceptional service and cleanliness. It effectively caters to travelers eager to immerse themselves in Castro Urdiales' lively ambiance while enjoying modern conveniences and a warm welcome.
