Guests frequently praise its proximity to major attractions, shopping centers and restaurants, along with its tranquil and secure environment. The hotel offers stunning views from its 18th-floor pool, especially at sunset and provides ample parking, enhancing the convenience for both leisure and business travelers.
The breakfast at the hotel receives high marks for variety, taste and the inclusion of regional dishes. While some guests noted areas for improvement, such as expanding the menu and better organization, many still consider breakfast one of the hotel's highlights. The restaurant staff is commended for their attentiveness, although the dinner experience garnered mixed reviews due to menu limitations and food quality issues.
Rooms are prominently well-maintained, clean and spacious, equipped with practical amenities like coffee makers, irons and hairdryers. Comfort and modern design, coupled with spectacular views, make for a pleasant stay despite minor complaints about air conditioning and room odors. The cleanliness standards are exceptional, reflecting the hotel’s commitment to providing an inviting atmosphere, further complemented by a professional and friendly cleaning staff.
The hotel staff overall are friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay. While there are occasional mentions of needing more English-speaking and better-trained staff, particularly in the restaurant, the general sentiment towards the personnel is positive.
WiFi services in the hotel are generally reliable and free with guests appreciating the good connection throughout the property despite some signal drops. The gym is functional but noted to be small and lacking in equipment variety and while the pool offers marvelous rooftop views, its small size and cold temperature are frequent points of contention.
Free parking is a noteworthy convenience, described as secure and easily accessible. The comfort of the beds is frequently praised, contributing to a restful sleep experience, although some guests found the pillows less ideal.
As a four-star establishment, the hotel lives up to its classification with comfortable rooms, cleanliness and excellent service, though breakfast could benefit from enhancements. It is particularly favored by business travelers for its decent business amenities and strategic location near business centers.
