Hotel El Español Paseo de Montejo enjoys a prime location, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The hotel has excellent quality-price ratio and its facilities and services are considered suitable for short stays and business or pleasure trips. The price is seen as fair for what is offered, as most elements are satisfactory and everything else is fine.
However, many guests feel that the four-star rating is overstated. Reviews frequently mention that the hotel appears old and lacks some amenities expected of four-star establishments.
