B2In Suite & Office impresses with its strategic location, offering close proximity to Leolandia, making it a prime choice for families and park-goers. Located just steps away from the amusement park, guests appreciate the convenience of reaching it on foot within minutes. The hotel's nearness to the highway also facilitates easy access to Bergamo city center and the airport, enhancing its appeal as a travel hub. Amenities such as a nearby hypermarket and internal parking add to the convenience and ease of stay, despite occasional noise from busy roads.
Breakfast at B2In Suite & Office receives mixed feedback. Positively noted for its variety, abundance and the convenience of in-room service, it includes a wide selection of drinks and options, contributing to a satisfying experience. However, some guests find the breakfast basic and too reliant on industrially packaged items, suggesting room for improvement in quality and freshness.

They are noted for their friendly demeanor, quick check-ins and readiness to assist, ensuring a pleasant stay from start to finish.
The parking facilities are another positive aspect, providing covered, private and free reserved parking within the internal courtyard. Guests value the easy access and safety, despite some finding the entrance narrow. The efficient coded system for access enhances convenience and independence.
Comfortable beds contribute to a restful sleep, though some guests mention issues like low mattresses and noisy frames. While sofa beds are sufficient for children, they may be less comfortable for adults. Lastly, the luxury of in-room hot tubs and jacuzzis is a significant enhancement to the overall experience, providing relaxation and a touch of class, though occasional maintenance issues are noted.
