Summarized by AI
Hotel Maria enjoys a prime location close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring local attractions and places of interest, all while offering a peaceful retreat due to its quiet surroundings. Guests frequently commend the hotel for its cleanliness, noting well-maintained rooms and common areas. The spacious rooms, featuring large bathrooms with hot water and bathtubs, add to the guests' comfort with air conditioning and necessary amenities contributing to a pleasant stay. The inner courtyard-facing rooms provide a particularly quiet and restful experience.
The breakfast at Hotel Maria receives positive reviews for its quality, taste and generous portions. Guests appreciate the classic Romanian style of the breakfast, although some note limited variety and occasional repetitiveness in the menu. Despite some interruptions due to recent restaurant renovations, the overall sentiment towards breakfast remains favorable.
The hotel staff are consistently praised for their friendliness, kindness and professionalism with many guests highlighting their exceptional service. The convenient parking options, including both outdoor and indoor facilities, are another appreciated feature, providing a secure and hassle-free experience for guests with vehicles.
While some guests have mixed opinions regarding the beds with comfort being marred by occasional noise or squeakiness, the overall feedback on room comfort and cleanliness is highly favorable. The hotel, fitting the expectations of a three-star establishment, shows signs of aging with old furniture and some non-functional amenities, yet it provides a satisfactory experience for those seeking basic, serviceable lodging options.
