Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Quality Inn Manitowoc is strategically located just off I-43, providing convenient access for travelers to nearby attractions and local dining and shopping options. Guests appreciate the hotel's peaceful setting, which offers a retreat after a busy day, along with updated room amenities that enhance its value. The staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and professionalism, with particular praise for the manager, Michael, demonstrating effective leadership and dedication. The hotel accommodates special requests, reflecting its commitment to customer service, which many visitors find favorable.
The breakfast offerings, while a convenient bonus, have room for improvement in variety and protein options; however, items like the croissant breakfast sandwiches are enjoyed by guests. Despite issues like limited seating during peak times, the breakfast still provides basic sustenance to start the day.
Although cleanliness presents a challenge at Quality Inn Manitowoc, with reports of mold and unpleasant odors, the hotel's location and availability during peak times are beneficial. Some guests find the rooms clean and the beds comfortable, contributing to a restful experience. While decor may be outdated, the rooms are spacious and feature modern amenities.
Overall, Quality Inn Manitowoc combines a prime location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodations, making it a practical choice for travelers passing through or spending time in the area, despite the notable need for improved cleanliness and breakfast offerings.
