While the pool area is generally well-received for its cleanliness and scenic views, some guests find the indoor pool somewhat shallow and chilly. Nonetheless, the combined amenities, including the sauna and jacuzzi, contribute to a satisfying wellness experience.
One recurring challenge is the parking situation, which presents limited space and high fees, detracting slightly from the otherwise positive experiences guests enjoy. Despite this, the comfortable beds, with their top-quality mattresses and tranquil ambiance, ensure restful nights, although some improvements could be made with pillow options.
Overall, Hotel Heiden offers a superb and memorable experience with its luxurious accommodations, stunning setting, and exceptional service, making it a favored choice for travelers seeking relaxation and a touch of luxury by Lake Constance.
