Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Chalés Marinelli in São Roque is a welcoming retreat, praised for its tranquil and serene setting ideal for those seeking a break from daily life. The location, though remote, offers a peaceful atmosphere with proximity to Outlet Catarina for shopping, contributing to a relaxing environment appreciated by many guests. The chalets themselves are noted for their comfort and exceptional cleanliness, featuring air conditioning, fireplaces, and barbecue setups that enhance the stay. Despite the lack of an on-site breakfast, thoughtful touches like instant coffee and toast are provided, encouraging visits to the town for more extensive breakfast options.
The accommodations receive high marks for their spaciousness, quality bedding, and attentive service from the staff, whose friendliness significantly enriches the guest experience. This welcoming ambiance is complemented by the clean and well-maintained surroundings, both indoors and outdoors, providing an intimate and organized environment.
The pool area and added entertainment spaces, such as a pool table, contribute positively to the overall guest enjoyment, despite the occasional mention of repair needs or lack of heating. While some minor concerns about bed firmness or power outages arise, these are exceptions in an otherwise restful and refreshing stay. Reviews consistently highlight the exceptional service provided by staff members like Odacyr, Fábio, and Cadu, making Chalés Marinelli a desirable destination for relaxation and leisure, appreciated for its cost-effectiveness and beautiful setting.
