Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Royal Tulip Achrafieh, located in the heart of Beirut's vibrant Achrafieh district, offers a highly convenient base for travelers with its central positioning close to local attractions, a popular mall, and several restaurants. The proximity to downtown and the airport further enhances its appeal. Guests frequently express appreciation for the hotel's location, which allows for effortless exploration of Beirut, while its new and clean design paired with spacious rooms ensures a comfortable stay.
The hotel's staff consistently receive high praise for their professionalism and friendliness. Their exceptional service, from reception to management, adds to the welcoming atmosphere, making the hotel experience memorable for guests. Notable names such as Osama are recognized for going above and beyond to assist with various needs, including providing helpful local information and accommodating special requests like late check-out.
Breakfast at Royal Tulip Achrafieh is generally well-regarded, with many guests highlighting the buffet as great value for its superb variety and delicious offerings. Though there's room for improvement in terms of variety and menu presentation, the inclusion of oriental touches adds a pleasant ambiance. The attentive service during breakfast further heightens the experience.
Rooms are praised for their cleanliness and modern, minimalist decor, which creates a comfortable and inviting environment. While some mention smaller room sizes as a drawback, the general sentiment remains positive due to the well-maintained and tidy accommodations. High standards of cleanliness are evident throughout the property, contributing to the overall favorable impression.
However, the hotel's Wi-Fi service is noted as an area for improvement, with guests experiencing issues with speed and stability. Although a special Wi-Fi channel offers a potential solution, it is not immediately made available during check-in. The comfort of the beds receives mixed reviews, where some guests appreciate the bedding quality, while others find certain mattresses less supportive.
Overall, Royal Tulip Achrafieh impresses with its outstanding location, dedicated staff, and clean facilities, providing a pleasant stay for visitors exploring Beirut.
