Serenè Resort is a great vacation spot for families with children, offering a variety of activities for both kids and adults. The hotel's 'Serenino' child service staff is praised for their excellent services and the hotel boasts amazing playgrounds, making it an exceptional vacation spot for families traveling with little ones. The hotel offers a range of dining options for their guests with the gourmet portions at 'Il Gusto' being truly excellent. The lavish dinner spread at the central restaurant was also praised for being rich, varied and plentiful. While some guests had negative experiences with the dining room and its canteen-like atmosphere, the majority of guests were pleased with the food and the welcoming environment attributed to the cordiality and kindness of the staff. The service provided by the staff is top-notch with the animation team being engaging and professional. Although some guests had criticisms regarding the lack of customer attention and organization, the majority of guests felt welcomed by the accommodating staff. While some areas could use improvement, the hotel's cleanliness is generally satisfactory. Overall, Serenè Resort offers a great location for families seeking a relaxing and entertaining vacation spot with their children.
