The hotel’s breakfast experience consistently garners high praise. Guests applaud the wide selection, freshness and quality of the food, offered in a buffet style. The lovely breakfast service and attentive staff ensure a fulfilling start to the day. Dinner, too, receives commendation for its delicious and well-prepared dishes, despite some concerns about pricing and occasional slow service. The restaurant atmosphere is generally positive with many appreciating the ambiance.
Rooms at the hotel are spacious, comfortable and often feature lovely views, terraces or patios. Guests enjoy the comfortable beds and the quiet surroundings. However, room decor and maintenance can appear dated and some updates would enhance guest satisfaction. Cleanliness across the hotel is consistently excellent, contributing to a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Minor issues with housekeeping do not detract significantly from the overall positive perception.
Staff members are frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism, enhancing the guest experience significantly. Despite a few isolated incidents of less favorable interactions, the team is largely seen as a standout feature of the hotel.
The gym and leisure facilities, including a warm pool, sauna and steam room, are well maintained and provide a pleasant experience. Though the pool can become crowded during children’s sessions, it remains a popular and family-friendly feature. The hotel's ample and convenient parking adds further value, making arrival and departure stress-free.
Families particularly appreciate the welcoming environment. Amenities such as a play area and a dedicated kids pool are enjoyed by young children, although large families may face challenges with room accommodations.
Finally, the golf course at the Tudor Park is a highlight for many, offering a well-kept and scenic setting that enhances the stay for golf enthusiasts.
