The hotel rooms are generally spacious and well-kept with comfortable beds and beautiful views, although cleanliness issues are occasionally noted. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive with some going above and beyond for guests. While some areas of the hotel could use refurbishment, the overall impression is excellent with many considering the experience to be a five-star vacation at a four-star hotel.
