However, some guests struggled with entering and exiting the hotel as there were no ramps in place and the steps were steep, wet and slippery. It was challenging to hold open the heavy front door. While excellent sound insulation and air conditioning were provided, there was no room-tidy service for stays under six nights. Access to some rooms should be highlighted and more parking spaces for those with disabilities should be offered.
