Villa Tata Suítes Ltda is celebrated for its prime location in a serene neighborhood of Curitiba, offering convenient access to major attractions, restaurants and markets. Guests praise the villa for being a tranquil retreat that is easily navigable on foot and feels safe with helpful transportation options such as Uber and public transport nearby.
The accommodations, while simple, are noted for their cleanliness organization and coziness. Practical amenities like kitchens and laundry facilities add to its appeal, providing a high cost-effectiveness. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms and warm showers. Some areas for improvement include the lack of air conditioning, TV and minibars in the rooms, as well as limited power outlets and absence of blackout curtains. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations receive high remarks.
Breakfast at Villa Tata Suítes Ltda is described as fresh, tasty and homely with offerings such as bread, homemade cakes, fruits, coffee and milk. Although some guests wish for additional options like cheese and eggs, the breakfast generally leaves a positive impression, reminiscent of "grandma's house."
The staff and owners, particularly Antônio and Valéria, are frequently highlighted for their warm hospitality, friendliness and attentiveness. Their efforts enhance the welcoming atmosphere of the villa with personal touches and helpful recommendations enriching the guest experience.
Cleanliness is another standout feature with the entire establishment consistently praised for its high standards and well-maintained environment. The property’s tranquil atmosphere, combined with excellent housekeeping and friendly service, contributes to a cozy and comfortable stay.
For those driving, on-site parking is available for an additional fee, providing security and peace of mind despite its manual gate operation. The beds are generally regarded as comfortable, though some guests note that the linen and pillows could be improved.
Overall, Villa Tata Suítes Ltda is highly recommended for its excellent location, cleanliness, friendly service and comfortable accommodations, making it an ideal choice for visitors seeking a cozy and cost-effective stay in Curitiba.
