It’s ideally situated close to the PTC Miami Pilot training school, Zoo Miami and the Tamiami Airport, making it a top choice for guests with specific travel needs and those exploring the Everglades or heading to Key West or Fort Lauderdale. The tranquil and pleasant setting is a plus, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and major highways, facilitating convenient day trips.
Guests find the breakfast experience mostly positive with many citing the freshness, variety and taste of the options provided, such as eggs, fruits, waffles and coffee. Although there's some room for improvement regarding variety and organization, the high quality and satisfying meals often enhance the stay.
The dinner options, although limited, are generally well-received with the bar providing a cozy atmosphere and commendable food quality. The friendly barman and happy hour specials contribute to the positive dining experiences, though the closing time at 10 PM is noted as a downside.
Accommodations at the hotel are appreciated for their spaciousness, modern decor and practical amenities like refrigerators and microwaves. The rooms are considered clean, cozy and inviting, although there are occasional complaints about housekeeping consistency and minor maintenance issues. However, the comfortable beds are frequently praised for providing a restful night’s sleep.

The gym and pool facilities receive varied reviews. While their presence is appreciated, maintenance and updates are needed to meet guests' expectations fully. The gym equipment, in particular, is often reported as broken or insufficient and the pool area is noted for its cleanliness but also its small size and occasional outdated condition.
