Hotel Plaza Central Canning, strategically located near Ezeiza Airport, is highly regarded for its convenience, especially for travelers with early flights or in transit. The hotel is embedded in a picturesque shopping center, offering an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options, contributing to a serene yet vibrant atmosphere. The dual convenience of being near the airport and having ample dining and shopping alternatives is frequently highlighted in reviews.
The breakfast experience is largely positive with many guests lauding the offerings available at a nearby restaurant. Descriptions such as "plentiful," "varied," and "delicious" are commonly used with the croissants receiving special mention. However, there are a few inconsistent remarks regarding the variety and value of the breakfast.
While the hotel does not offer dinner services within premises, its proximity to numerous dining options, including an Italian restaurant known for its pasta and nearby sushi, ensures guests can easily find suitable meals. The variety and quality of food around the hotel is praised with an emphasis on excellent service.
The rooms at Hotel Plaza Central Canning are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and well-equipped facilities, including mini kitchens. The cleanliness of both the rooms and public areas is consistently praised with the staff ensuring a tidy environment. Some minor issues regarding decor updates and occasional room maintenance do arise, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive impression.
The hotel staff stand out for their friendliness and attentiveness with specific praise for individuals like Felix and Eugenia. The staff's efficiency and warm demeanor set a comfortable tone for guests' stays. Although there are few isolated complaints, the overwhelming feedback underscores the helpful and diligent nature of the team.
The hotel's free Wi-Fi receives mixed reviews; while some guests find it very good, others describe it as slow or unreliable. Complimentary parking is appreciated, despite being uncovered and sometimes limited in availability. The family-friendly atmosphere with rooms equipped for children and additional conveniences like airport transfers, is well-received.
Bed comfort at the hotel receives generally positive feedback, though some guests find them too hard or note issues with bed configurations. Lastly, opinions about the hotel's four-star rating are divided with many suggesting it does not meet the expected standard, citing the absence of certain amenities and a general sense of being overpriced.
In summary, Hotel Plaza Central Canning offers a convenient and pleasant stay, particularly for those traveling through Ezeiza Airport.
