The hotel has a tunnel that connects it to a casino, making it easy to access more places without having to navigate busy crosswalks or traffic. Unfortunately, some guests with disabilities had difficulties during their stay. Elevators were broken, making it a long walk to reach them and some guests found the hotel to be not friendly for disabled people. Additionally, some facilities, such as the pool and fitness center, were out of service. One guest even had difficulty accessing a handicapped accessible room that they had requested in advance.
