Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Everton Park Hotel enjoys widespread praise for its prime location and exceptional amenities, making it a top choice for travelers. Situated near local hospitals, shops and family residences, the hotel offers a convenient base for visitors with medical appointments or those looking to access Brisbane's central business district, just a short drive away. Guests appreciate the tranquility of its suburban setting combined with the easy access to urban attractions. The hotel features a restaurant, room service, parking and clean, modern interiors, all adding to the overall satisfaction.
Dinner at the hotel's bistro receives consistent high marks for its delicious offerings, particularly the chicken crumbed steak and steak dinners. Guests enjoy the tasty meals, pleasant ambiance and friendly staff, making the bistro a favorite for both dining and drinks. While breakfast selections are limited to pre-order packs, which some find inadequate, the ample parking and proximity to local facilities compensate for this shortfall.
The rooms at Everton Park Hotel are well-regarded for their spaciousness, modern amenities and cleanliness. Guests often highlight the tidy, comfortable and affordable rooms, featuring sizable bathrooms, new microwaves and fridges. Special touches such as fresh towel delivery and recent refurbishments enhance the staying experience. There are minor issues such as occasional cleanliness oversights and some rooms being dark, but these are exceptions rather than the rule.
Cleanliness is a standout feature with most guests applauding the well-maintained and tidy rooms. The attentive room service and extra touches, like daily towel changes and additional pillows, further elevate the comfort level. The staff members are frequently described as exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient, contributing significantly to the positive atmosphere and overall guest satisfaction.
Opinions on the beds are mixed with many guests finding them comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep, while a few report them as too firm or uncomfortable. Despite these varied opinions, the hotel’s overall amenities and value for money receive commendatory reviews.
Overall, Everton Park Hotel stands out as a reliable and comfortable choice, especially for those needing a conveniently located, clean and well-appointed stay near Brisbane.
