Hotel GoGreen *** delivers a generally positive experience for travelers, particularly those seeking convenience near Balice Airport. Its prime location offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to air travel, despite limited nearby public transport options for pedestrians. This makes it an ideal choice for brief stays, providing a serene environment for relaxation.
Guests frequently praise the breakfast experience, noting the exceptional service and quality. The option for in-room dining is particularly appreciated, with offerings of diverse and delicious selections that often exceed expectations. The careful presentation and freshness of the meals contribute to a satisfying start to the day, with take-away breakfast packs available for those needing an early departure.
The hotel's rooms are noted for their spaciousness and appropriateness for families or groups, though they might benefit from a renovation to enhance the overall experience. While the cleanliness of the rooms is generally commendable, attention to detail in bathroom maintenance could be improved. Overall, the accommodations provide a comfortable and functional stay, though some guests suggest improvements in bed comfort.
The staff at Hotel GoGreen are a standout feature, consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. Their dedication to excellent service significantly enhances the guest experience, highlighted by efficient and welcoming reception. The convenience of on-site parking is another plus, with ample space readily available, though availability might fluctuate during peak times.
Despite a few areas for improvement, particularly with bathroom cleanliness and bed comfort, Hotel GoGreen *** offers a warm and inviting stay, reinforced by attentive service and notable amenities like its excellent breakfast options.

Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Booking Hotel & Spa is nestled in a serene park setting, providing a tranquil retreat that balances convenience with natural beauty. Guests appreciate its peaceful environment coupled with easy access to public transportation, major roads and the airport. Its green surroundings and beautiful gardens enhance the relaxation experience, making it a favored choice for those looking to escape the city's hustle.
Although the breakfast has mixed reviews, many guests find it delicious and varied. The beautiful dining room overlooking the garden adds to the enjoyment of the meal. However, the lack of variety and limited vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options have drawn some criticism. The dinner experience shares similar sentiments with the convenience of on-site dining being a plus, but the limited selection and quality issues leave room for improvement.
The rooms stand out for their spaciousness and comfort, ideal for families and those needing extra space. Cleanliness is consistently praised with neat and well-maintained rooms and shared spaces. Though some decor is outdated and certain amenities need enhancement, the overall ambiance is warm and welcoming.
Staff behavior is largely positive with feedback highlighting their friendliness, politeness and professionalism. Even though there are occasional issues with training, the staff's courteousness and helpfulness contribute positively to the guest experience. The WiFi service, though mostly reliable and fast, has moments of inconsistency, particularly in specific rooms.
Despite branding itself as a spa hotel, many of its wellness facilities, including thermal baths and the indoor swimming pool, are often unavailable due to ongoing renovations. This has been a significant source of disappointment among guests, undermining the wellness promises of the hotel.
The tennis courts add charm to the hotel’s outdoor amenities with their beautiful setup being appreciated by tennis enthusiasts. However, the management of court bookings could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.
For families, the hotel provides a wonderful experience with spacious rooms, green surroundings for children to play and a good family-friendly atmosphere. Beds are generally comfortable and spacious, though there are instances of two single beds pushed together and older bedding items requiring replacement.
Overall, while Booking Hotel & Spa offers a compelling blend of comfort, scenic beauty and convenience, addressing issues with dining variety, outdated room features and unavailable spa amenities could elevate the guest experience to truly match its 5-star rating.
